  1. You know why I love this blog so far? Because you seem to be balancing everything. I know in a perfectly nutritive healthy world, we should probably never eat brownies…but guess what? Sometimes we have to have them. It’s nice to see that you – a fitness instructor – can still indulge (see, instructors and trainers are real people too!). It reminds me it’s okay to have that pizza occasionally, or that small cookie if I really want one…nothing a little workout can’t counterbalance. 🙂 Can’t wait to see other posts. I read your post in the “fit” section too. Very cool.

      • Haha! No way. I flat out told her that I will never not eat carbs at night, and that occasionally when Mike works late I order a pizza and drink wine after Alex is in bed. I followed up with my fabulous greek yogurt/kale/spinach/fruit smoothie I have daily. The minute I tell myself I can’t have something, it’s ALL I can think about.

  2. Yeah, no kidding that’s all you think about! Me too! I definitely have a sweet tooth. It’s funny that you mention that smoothie. I’m going to post a recipe for a great kid smoothie (great for us, too, except that we know what’s in it!) 🙂 It’s much like yours!
